Oh the times…they are a changing…

A time to be born, a time to die
A time to plant, a time to reap
A time to kill, a time to heal
A time to laugh, a time to weep

To everything – turn, turn, turn
There is a season – turn, turn, turn
And a time to every purpose under heaven

I realize it’s been quite a while since I have visited here. Let’s try and get you up to speed.

Surprise! We are expecting a baby BOY in October! 🙂 And with my second pregnancy came the WORST morning sickness. It hit harder, later in the pregnancy. There was a a time span of 2-3 weeks where all I ate were peanut butter sandwiches. Because I was so sickly, I ended up dehydrated…which resulted in a kidney stone. The WORST pain I have EVER felt. In my life. I would much rather birth triplets unmedicated than to have another kidney stone. Since I was pregnant, they are unable to do anything medically besides dope you up on pain meds. Three trips to the ER and 8 days later, I finally passed the rotten thing. It was one size smaller than the largest size they will let you pass naturally. It felt like someone had a Dewalt drill stuck in my left hip bone for days on end. I was never so sick in my life, with pain. This all shook down as the calendar flipped from April to May…

Fast forward, we are now into July. I am currently 28 weeks 2 days pregnant and I cannot wait for October to finally get here!! I can’t really believe we only have 12 weeks or less until our sweet baby boy makes his appearance. This pregnancy has gone both fast and slow. Our schedule is pretty full now through September. I am not taking any bookings past Sept. 1st, as I plan on letting nesting take full swing of any and all spare time. I was too sick to nest in the beginning, then too much pain, followed by too much humidity and hot. Sunday is my crash day. I get up and eat breakfast, then nap. Eat lunch, then nap. Eat dinner and then do something else. Lily, who is now 4, has been extremely understanding of Mom’s ailments and has really turned into a Daddy’s girl.
